Pesto

Ingredients 25g pine nut, slightly roasted 40g basil 30g parmesan or pecorino pinch of salt, optional 150ml garlic-infused olive oil Instructions With the help of your trusted food processor, first blitz the cheese. Add the pine nuts, then basil and gradually add the oil until smooth. Season with salt. Presto! Pesto!
