Ingredients
- 25g pine nut, slightly roasted
- 40g basil
- 30g parmesan or pecorino
- pinch of salt, optional
- 150ml garlic-infused olive oil
Instructions
- With the help of your trusted food processor, first blitz the cheese. Add the pine nuts, then basil and gradually add the oil until smooth.
- Season with salt. Presto! Pesto!
